Alongside our advisory work, VesperStone brings selected private market opportunities to qualified investors. Each one comes through our own network and is screened before it is shared with members.
Secondaries
Existing positions in established private companies and funds, acquired from current holders.
Co-investments and SPVs
Direct participation alongside a lead investor, through a special-purpose vehicle that we structure for the transaction.
How we handle a transaction
Sourced through relationships
Opportunities reach us directly from holders, managers and companies we know. They do not come from public listings.
Clear on price and terms
Each opportunity is set against the most recent funding round and current market terms, so an investor can judge the price for themselves.
Carried through to closing
A transfer of private shares comes with conditions: rights of first refusal, approvals, transfer restrictions. We work through them with the parties and their counsel until it closes.
Discretion and privacy
Shareholder registers and the identities of buyers and sellers are sensitive. Details are shared only with approved members, in confidence, and never in public.
